Telesales / Sales Advisor

 

Our client is looking for someone to join their busy site who has been supplying the motor trade for over 50 years, specialising in the Braking & Turbo aftermarket to motor factors throughout the UK and Ireland.


THE POSITION

As the Telesales/Sales Advisor you will be fielding incoming queries from our supportive customer base, processing orders, handling basic cataloguing enquiries and working in a busy, proactive team managing the daily functions of the internal sales team. Basic Sales Analysis and internal reporting will also become a regular requirement moving forward.

 We are offering a competitive salary and ideally, the successful candidate should have previous experience working within a similar background.

 

Responsibilities:

‘Front line’ customer support and sales administration
Managing internal order enquiries, order placement and queries
Basic cataloguing, parts enquiries and general reassurance
Price and availability lookup including gathering market intelligence
Fully satisfy customer needs in respect of any part orders, respects or queries they may have
Liaising internally with other department functions to ensure smooth day to day running of the internal sales function

Able to work well and deliver results under pressure

Dynamic, outgoing and energetic
Willingness to learn and develop
A team player with the ability to also work independently
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal#
IT Literate including MS Excel, Word etc
