Retention Manager

 

Pembrook Resourcing are currently looking for Retention Manager to join one of their well-known dealerships.

 

Key tasks and responsibilities / Essential requirements

To ensure budgets and sales objectives are met by support to direct selling staff.

To seek to maximise profitability on all transactions.

To ensure full FCA Compliance

To ensure the retailer is performing above national average in all applicable manufacturer KPI rankings.

To monitor all contacts and leads to ensure a high conversion rate is achieved.

 

 

a.             Utilise Retention reporting app to monitor and track trends in retailer retention performance. Compare performance against network, region and group and identify areas for improvement.

b.             Communicate retention performance and profit opportunity to Head of Business and Head of Sales, to ensure Retention receives necessary focus and priority across business.

c.             Review retention performance to ensure performance is accurately reflected in the Retention Reporting App and raise appeals in line with guidelines where necessary.

d.             Utilised Retention tools e.g., eMaster/Reporting Application and Service to Sales to identify customers who are the market to renew.

e.             Work with Sales Team leaders to create campaigns on existing stock, supporting the management of stock turnaround.

f.              Agree campaign activity on weekly basis, provide daily updates and keep informed of status of all enquires at any point of time, ensuring that every enquiry is followed up until a conclusion is reached

g.             Manage the timely and effective follow-up of Impulse and Stretch leads, hand backs, end of term leads and early settlement opportunities identified within eMaster.

h.             Ensure awareness of all tactical campaign activity and apply to portfolio to create campaigns and maximise retention opportunity.

i.              Make direct contact with customers and generate quality appointments for the sales executives.
