Commercial Sales Executive – Swindon

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 OTE + Company Vehicle

Pembrook Resourcing are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established dealership in Swindon who are looking to add an experienced Commercial Sales Executive to their growing LCV sales team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and ambitious sales professional who thrives in a B2B environment and is confident building long-term business relationships.


The Role:
Selling new and used Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV)
Generating new business through prospecting, networking, and local outreach
Managing and developing a portfolio of business customers
Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Negotiating finance, leasing, and fleet solutions
Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
Ensuring full FCA compliance and accurate administration

The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in Commercial or LCV sales (preferred)
Strong B2B sales background considered
Proven track record of hitting targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and highly organised
Full UK driving licence
