We're recruiting for an established dealership in Dagenham, offering a £40,000-£43,000 basic salary, OTE up to £60,000 and a 1 in 3 Saturday morning working pattern.

This is an opportunity to join a sizeable aftersales operation, working across Service and Workshop and supporting a substantial team.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a broad Assistant Aftersales Manager role within a large, established aftersales operation, covering both Service and Workshop.

You'll be working alongside a sizeable team, helping maintain standards, performance and a positive customer experience across the department.

With a strong basic salary, earning potential up to £60,000 and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, the package offers a good balance between responsibility and reward.

THE ROLE

You'll support the effective running of the aftersales operation, working across Service and Workshop and alongside the wider dealership team.

Day to day, this will involve:

· Supporting the performance and organisation of the departments

· Helping the team maintain high operational and customer service standards

· Dealing with issues and helping find practical solutions

· Working closely with colleagues across the dealership

· Supporting the wider aftersales management operation

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

· Previous experience as an Assistant Aftersales Manager

· At least 2 years' experience in the role

· Strong automotive aftersales experience

· A good understanding of both Service and Workshop operations

· Confidence operating at management level

· Strong communication and organisational skills

It would be great if you also have:

· Main dealership experience

· Experience working within a sizeable aftersales operation

· Experience working with performance and commercial targets
