The Role

We are looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager who can take ownership of a busy aftersales operation, lead a team and drive both customer and commercial performance.

You will be responsible for:

Leading, motivating and developing the aftersales team
Managing workshop and service performance
Driving customer satisfaction and retention
Managing departmental profitability and financial performance
Maintaining high operational standards
Implementing and improving processes
Ensuring strong accountability across the department
Developing team members and supporting their progression
Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
About You

You will ideally:

Have proven experience as an Aftersales Manager
Have strong leadership and people-management skills
Be commercially aware and target-driven
Have excellent knowledge of workshop and service operations
Be confident managing performance and KPIs
Have a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Be organised, professional and hands-on
Be able to lead a team while maintaining high standards
