Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join an automotive business in Southend.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Aftersales Manager looking for their next career move, with a strong overall package and the opportunity to take ownership of an aftersales operation.

The Role

As Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of the aftersales department.

Key responsibilities will include:

Leading and managing the aftersales team
Driving workshop and service performance
Monitoring KPIs and departmental performance
Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Managing commercial and financial performance
Developing and motivating team members
Ensuring processes and standards are consistently followed
Identifying opportunities to improve performance and profitability
Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
About You

We're looking for someone with:

Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager
Strong automotive aftersales experience
Excellent leadership and people-management skills
A strong understanding of workshop and service operations
Commercial awareness and a target-driven approach
Excellent customer service skills
The ability to manage performance and drive results
Strong communication and organisational skills
