EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Possess previous automotive Service Advisor experience.
Understand the pace of a busy aftersales environment.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage customer bookings and set clear expectations.
Liaise with Technicians and the workshop during repairs.
Keep customers updated on progress, costs, and timescales.
Prepare job cards, estimates, and invoices.
Discuss servicing and repair needs with customers.
Promote service plans and maximise sales opportunities.
Deliver a smooth, professional customer experience.
Build strong, long-term customer relationships.

DESIRED SKILLS
Confidence in discussing vehicle repairs and costs.
Good understanding of workshop and aftersales processes.
Ability to manage multiple jobs with clear communication.
Professional, customer-focused approach.
