THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re recruiting for an experienced Parts Supervisor to join an established automotive dealership in Bath.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong parts experience who is ready to take on additional responsibility, support the wider team and play an important role in keeping the aftersales operation running smoothly.

THE ROLE
As Parts Supervisor, you’ll help oversee the day-to-day running of the department, ensuring parts are sourced, supplied and managed efficiently to support both the workshop and customer requirements.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards across the department, working closely with colleagues and helping to ensure the operation remains organised, productive and commercially focused.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Previous automotive parts experience
• Experience within a supervisory or senior parts position
• Strong knowledge of parts operations and dealership processes
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Confident communicating with customers, suppliers and internal teams
• A proactive approach with the ability to work under pressure
• Someone who takes pride in delivering a smooth and efficient service
