If you’re an experienced Vehicle Technician looking for strong earning potential without working every Saturday, this is a straightforward opportunity to consider.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Join an established automotive operation in Reading in a hands-on workshop role covering servicing, repairs, fault finding and diagnostics.

The basic salary is £32,000–£40,000 depending on experience, with OTE of £55,000–£60,000 and a 1-in-3 Saturday morning rota.

It’s a good fit for an experienced Technician who is confident across the core workshop responsibilities and wants a package that rewards strong performance.

THE ROLE

• Carry out servicing and routine vehicle maintenance.
• Diagnose faults and complete effective fault finding.
• Complete mechanical repairs to the required standard.
• Work efficiently to maintain strong workshop productivity.
• Focus on quality of work and first-time-fix standards.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You’ll need:

• To be a qualified Vehicle Technician with relevant workshop experience.
• Strong servicing, maintenance, repair and diagnostic capability.
• Experience within a franchised dealer, manufacturer-approved workshop or reputable independent garage.
