A strong opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician who can also carry out MOT testing, with good earning potential and a sensible Saturday rota.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Join an established automotive operation in Banbury in a dual Technician and MOT Tester role covering servicing, repairs, diagnostics and MOT testing.

The basic salary is £32,000–£40,000 depending on experience, with OTE of £55,000–£60,000 and a 1-in-3 Saturday morning rota.

It should suit someone who is comfortable combining day-to-day workshop work with MOT testing and wants a role where both technical capability and productivity matter.

THE ROLE

• Carry out servicing and routine vehicle maintenance.
• Diagnose faults and complete mechanical repairs.
• Carry out MOT testing as part of the workshop workload.
• Work efficiently to maintain strong productivity.
• Ensure vehicles are completed to the required standard and ready for the customer.

You’ll need:

• Relevant experience as a Vehicle Technician.
• Current capability to carry out MOT testing.
• Strong servicing, repair and diagnostic skills.
• A consistent approach to workshop quality and productivity.
