A strong local opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician looking for good earning potential and a sensible Saturday rota.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Join an established automotive operation in Dunstable in a hands-on workshop role covering servicing, repairs and diagnostics.

The basic salary is £32,000–£40,000 depending on experience, with OTE of £55,000–£60,000 and a 1-in-3 Saturday morning rota.

It should suit a Technician who is comfortable working productively across a broad range of workshop work while maintaining good quality and first-time-fix standards.

THE ROLE

• Carry out servicing and routine vehicle maintenance.
• Complete mechanical repairs to the required standard.
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective fault finding.
• Work efficiently to maintain strong workshop productivity.
• Maintain good standards of workmanship and focus on first-time fix.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You’ll need:

• To be a qualified Vehicle Technician with relevant workshop experience.
• Strong servicing, maintenance and mechanical repair capability.
• Confidence with fault finding and diagnostics.
• Experience working to good productivity and quality standards.
• A consistent background in workshop-based technician roles.
