AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED VEHICLE TECHNICIAN

Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join a reputable dealership in Portsmouth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified technician looking to join an established team, with a competitive basic salary, excellent earning potential and a great holiday allowance.

THE PACKAGE:

• £34,000 basic salary.
• £45,000 OTE with uncapped earning potential.
• 23 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
• Working hours of 8:00am–5:00pm, with a 30-minute lunch break.

THE ROLE:

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a range of vehicles.
• Diagnose faults and identify effective repair solutions.
• Complete MOT testing in line with current regulations, where authorised.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of all work carried out.
• Work efficiently as part of a busy workshop team.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician preferred.
• MOT testing qualification required.
• Level 2 qualified Technicians with an MOT testing qualification will also be considered.
• Previous experience in a vehicle workshop or dealership environment.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• A professional approach with a commitment to quality workmanship.
