AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED VEHICLE TECHNICIAN
Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a well-established and reputable dealership in Guildford.

THE PACKAGE:

• Vehicle Technician: £35,500 basic + £41,200 OTE (uncapped).
• Accredited Service Technician: £41,000 basic + £45,000 OTE (uncapped).
• Accredited Senior Technician: £45,000 basic + £50,000 OTE (uncapped).
• Uncapped bonus scheme with easily achievable OTE figures.
• Monday–Friday working hours.
• 40-hour working week, with shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
• No weekend working.
• Excellent opportunities for further training and career progression.

THE ROLE:

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a range of vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, identifying effective repair solutions.
• Complete vehicle health checks and identify any additional work required.
• Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and in line with manufacturer standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all work carried out.
• Work closely with the workshop team to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.
• Deliver consistently high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Previous experience working within a main dealership environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
• Manufacturer accreditation advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a busy workshop team.
• A professional, reliable and enthusiastic approach.
