SERVICE ADVISOR
MAIDENHEAD | £30,000 BASIC | £38,000 OTE | MONDAY–FRIDAY | 1 IN 4 SATURDAY MORNINGS

Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting an experienced Service Advisor for an exciting opportunity within a prestigious automotive dealership in Maidenhead.

THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy aftersales department, working within a professional environment where customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional service are at the heart of the business.

THE PACKAGE

• £30,000 basic salary.
• £38,000 OTE.
• Monday–Friday working pattern, within 8:00am–6:00pm.
• 1 in 4 Saturday mornings.

THE ROLE
As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the customer journey from initial vehicle check-in through to collection, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and discussing their vehicle servicing and repair requirements.
• Booking vehicles into the workshop and preparing accurate job cards.
• Providing estimates and explaining recommended work.
• Liaising closely with technicians and workshop management.
• Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Identifying additional work and opportunities to maximise aftersales revenue.
• Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and maintaining high service standards.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.
• A professional telephone manner and confident customer-facing approach.
• Good attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
